Wigmore Hall Learning's schools projects inspire children and young people, engaging their imagination and creativity, raising their aspirations and confidence, and providing them with lifelong skills.
Working in partnership with Music Hubs, we aim to raise the quality and diversity of music in schools, supporting teachers and staff, and building on existing provision.
Our programme focuses on the two key areas of singing and composition and projects offer both pupils and teachers the opportunity to explore creative music-making with inspiring musicians and composers.
Projects are developed in collaboration with Music Hubs and schools, and we aim to target our work in areas of greatest need, where it will have the highest impact.
Our current schools project Music Hub partners are Tri-borough Music Hub, Tower Hamlets Arts and Music Education Service (THAMES), Haringey Music Service, and Enfield Music Service.
